These classes are free to Highmark insurance enrollees; a cost of $50 is implemented for Employee non-Highmark members and $75 for Student non-Highmark members.

Discover Relaxation Within

This six week lifestyle improvement program, sponsored by Highmark, helps you manage everyday stress through practical relaxation techniques and innovative stress management strategies. From coping skills, to visualization, to progressive muscle relaxation and humor therapy, you will acquire effective tools to deal with stress.

Eat Well For Life I

A six week lifestyle improvement program promoting wellness and long-term weight management through balanced nutrition, cooking demonstrations and other hands-on experiences.

Eat Well For Life II
Expand the knowledge you learned in Eat Well for Life I with this additional six (6)-week program. A registered dietician will dicuss in further detail reading nutrition labels, factoring exercise into your diet, and provide practical knowledge for grocery store shopping and eating out. Eat Well for Life I is a pre-requisite for this class.
