Fitness Orientations
We offer sessions to help participants become familiar with the equipment and start a workout program. Sessions are FREE and open to all students, faculty, and staff of the Duquesne University community throughout the academic year. Click here for more information!

Personal Training
The Personal Training Program, open to all students, administrators, faculty, and staff, offers one-on-one sessions with a qualified personal trainer who deigns a fitness program to specifically meet your needs and interests. The high-quality instruction, motivation, and support for your new fitness routine also offers:
- An opportunity to become healthier and more confident in your fitness regimen.
- A focus on goal setting and attainment of those goals in a fun, safe environment.
- A free health assessment with the purchase of 10-Personal Training Sessions.
